{"id":2319,"date":"2023-10-24T10:03:42","date_gmt":"2023-10-24T08:03:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.h-universal.com\/condizioni-generali-di-prenotazione\/"},"modified":"2025-02-07T09:36:57","modified_gmt":"2025-02-07T08:36:57","slug":"reservation-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.h-universal.com\/en\/reservation-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Reservation conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Booking Conditions<br \/>\n<\/strong>The reservation is definitely confirmed with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount within 7 days following confirmation.<br \/>\nThe balance will be paid directly to the hotel at the end of the stay.<br \/>\nWith the payment of the deposit , the general conditions and also the cancellation conditions are considered understood and legally accepted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deposit<\/strong><br \/>\nThe deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation of the booking by the customer ( except for the cases indicated in the general conditions ).<br \/>\n<strong>We recomend taking out a cancellation insurance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Late Arrival or early Departure<\/strong><br \/>\nThe customer is required to pay the full amount of the stay in case of late arrival or early departure.<\/p>\n<p><b>Conditions of modification of the stay<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The customer is required to pay the full amount of the stay even in the event of delayed arrival or early departure.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case it is necessary <\/span><b>to change the dates<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the booked stay with new dates in the current season (or in the following season), <\/span><b>with 21 days notice <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and compatibly with the availability of the structure, the deposit will be fully recovered in the following stay as long as the cost of the new stay is equal or higher amount of the previously booked stay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The modification of the dates of the stay is possible only by respecting the terms of the cancellation conditions below.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of cancellation even of the 2nd stay, regardless of when the cancellation occurs, the deposit paid will be automatically withheld in full without the possibility of rebooking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Conditions of\u00a0 cancellation of the stay<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For cancellations greater than 21 days before arrival, 50% of the amount of the deposit paid will be retained.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li>For cancellations from 21 to 10 days before arrival, 75% of the amount of the deposit paid will be retained.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For cancellation less than 10 days from the date of arrival, the amount of deposit is entirely retained.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Booking Conditions The reservation is definitely confirmed with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount within 7 days following confirmation.
